How to Order Your Custom Portrait

1. Choose Your Size: Select either A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) or A3 (29.7 x 42 cm).
2. Upload Your Photo: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to upload your reference photo(s). Please ensure your photo is clear and well lit faces and expressions should be visible. One photo is ideal, but you may send multiple if needed for reference (e.g., separate photos of people to combine in one portrait).
3. Add Personal Details (Optional): Want to include names, a special date, or a short phrase? You can add your custom text while submitting your photo.
4. Review and Confirmation: Once I’ve received your photo(s) and details, I’ll confirm everything with you before starting your portrait.
5. Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 weeks for me to complete your custom piece before shipping. Each portrait is drawn entirely by hand with care and love!
